We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your data as quickly as our service providers allow, except where we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

• Delete your account, which begins the process of removing your data.

Havyn is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us.

Your data may be stored and processed in data centers outside your country of residence. We rely on service providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
