How do I create a listing?
Tap Sell in the header, upload clear photos, write an honest description, set your price, and publish. Your listing goes live immediately.
How does payment protection work?
When a buyer pays, the funds are held by Havyn. The seller only receives the money once both the buyer and seller confirm the transaction is complete.
What if my item never arrives?
If an item does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact the seller first. If unresolved, open a dispute from your Orders page within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
How do I change my account details?
Go to your account menu in the top-right corner. From there you can view your profile, check orders, and manage listings. Full profile editing is coming soon.
Is there a fee to sell?
Listing is free. Havyn charges a small transaction fee only when a sale is successfully completed. Exact fees are shown at checkout before you confirm.
